Checkers

Today I picked Carter up from school.  He asked me in the car if we could play checkers when we got home.  I love that he's old enough to play checkers with....it's my favorite game!

Glendale Glitters

We had so much fun at Glendale Glitters tonight!  First we enjoyed pizza and ran into an old high school friend!

Then we walked around and Carter found the petting zoo!  Our boy LOVES animals....and they love him too!

Then we found SNOW!!!  Only in Arizona do we pay to play in the snow!  :)

He can hardly stand it....he's so excited as he waits in line to play in the snow

Happy Thanksgiving

We started our day with cinnamon rolls for breakfast while we watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (which has become a tradition of ours).  Then we got ready to head to Mimi and Pa's.  Where we enjoyed the rest of the day with family.

Family Fun Day

Our day started with eating breakfast together.  Then we headed out to one of Carter's friends birthday parties.  Carter had so much fun learning about how pizzas are made....then the kids got to make one of their own!

24 Weeks Pregnant

We had an ultrasound this week because the doctor wanted better pictures of the baby's spine and kidneys.  We were a little nervous when we got the call that they wanted us to come back in for another view of the baby, but we were so grateful to find out our little Jellybean is growing perfectly!

Sleep: wake up every 2 hours to go to the bathroom

Symptoms: hungry every 2 hours

Favorite moment this week: seeing you on the ultrasound again and finding out your spine and kidneys are developing normally

Movement: I feel you move around the same time everyday, but you're most active at night

Food cravings: jollyranchers

Food adversion: hamburgers

Gender: BOY!!!!

Labor signs: too early

Belly button in or out? in, but becoming flat

Weekly wisdom: don't mistake hopes for intuition
