1st Water Adventure of the Season!

Today we went to the splash park for the first time this summer. Carter had a lot of fun...although right after we got there it started getting really windy. Our little Carter was such a trooper...he kept playing even though he was soo cold. He would play for 2 minutes...run over and dry off with his towel...then go and play in the water again. He didn't want to leave. I promised him that once it's not so windy we'd go back. We finished up by playing at the park...by the time we left he was exhausted.

Watching A Movie Outside!

Carter and I went and saw Kung Fu Panda tonight. It was playing at our local stadium. Of course Carter's seen the movie a hundred times...so he sat on my lap and told me where all the funny parts were! It was so much fun! Carter was so excited to watch a movie "outside"!!!

Story Time and Playing at the Park!

Today we went to story time at our local library. After story time (if Carter's good and listens to the stories) we go to the park! We were only able to stay at the park for about 20 minutes due to the heat...it's supposed to reach 100 today! It's getting hot...fast! That means lots of splash parks and swimming pools are in our future!

Grandpa's 75th Surprise B-Day Party/Family Reunion!

Yesterday we celebrated my grandpa's 75th birthday! We threw him a surprise party...and let me say...he was surprised! Way to go everyone! It was so nice spending the day with all of you!

Crazy Kid!

We could hear Carter playing in his room last night. Once he fell asleep we peeked in on him. This is what we found...

He stacked all his pillows. I'm not sure why??? But...it looked really funny :)
