My Sweet Boy!

My Carter Bug is such a sweetie! This morning I was woken up in the sweetest way...Carter came into my room and sat beside me on my bed and gave me a little kiss and said, "Good morning Mommy, you're the best!" Isn't that the sweetest thing you've ever heard?!?! I'm so lucky to have such a sweet boy!

Go Diamond Backs!

Carter and I enjoyed our first professional baseball game today! We went with my mom, brother (Joe), and niece, Esmeralda to the Chase Stadium and watched the D-Backs. We had a lot of fun!!! Carter kept saying/screaming, "run, run" and "go, go, go". When the crowd clapped...he would clap too :) It was really funny when the crowd would get loud he would cover his ears...he's such a silly little guy!

Pop My Head Off, Daddy!

Ben and Carter have been "popping off" each other's heads for years. I think it's so cute that Carter tries sooo hard to make the "pop" sound :)

"For Real" Camping!

Ben, Carter and I went camping in Snowflake, AZ with Pa over the weekend! It was Carter's first time "for real" camping! Carter had a so much fun! He especially enjoyed playing in the dirt...he played so much in the dirt that he had designated "play clothes".

When we arrived on Friday afternoon we set up camp while Carter played in the dirt :) Then on Friday night we fell asleep to the rain sprinkling on our tent...it was really relaxing...I love the sound of rain! On Saturday morning we drove into Snowflake (about 18 miles from his parent's property). We had a lot of fun dreaming about what it would be like to live up there. Then on Saturday night we had fun hanging out by the campfire and talking with some friends who live close to the property. All in all it was a very fun, relaxing weekend!
